I have over 15 years of experience in Human Resources and Talent Management. My career began at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, where I recognized the critical role of people in business success. As Director of Organizational Development/Quality, I refined my talent management skills and utilized assessment tools such as Predictive Index, Talent Plus, Myers Briggs, DISC, StrengthsFinder, and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). I’ve also contributed to top Forbes organizations including Wyndham Worldwide, Fontainebleau Miami Beach, Swire Properties, the University of South Florida, and The West Paces Hotel Group.
In my roles as a coach, facilitator, and Talent Management Consultant, I’ve guided numerous individuals and businesses through personalized coaching sessions and development programs, integrating assessment tools and NLP techniques to achieve their desired outcomes
