I have over 15 years of experience in Human Resources and Talent Management. My career began at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, where I recognized the critical role of people in business success. As Director of Organizational Development/Quality, I refined my talent management skills and utilized many assessment tools such as Predictive Index, Talent Plus, Myers Briggs, DISC and StrengthsFinder among others. I’ve also worked with top organizations, including Wyndham Worldwide, Fontainebleau Miami Beach, Swire Properties, the University of South Florida, and The West Paces Hotel Group.

In my roles as a coach, facilitator, and Talent Management Consultant, I’ve guided numerous individuals and businesses through personalized coaching sessions and development programs, integrating assessment tools and NLP techniques to achieve their desired outcome.

I am known for my results-driven coaching approach, with a passion for unlocking individual potential and empowering clients to achieve their personal and professional goals. I specialize in helping clients quickly reach their objectives by identifying root causes and defining clear outcomes. My focus is on supporting individuals who feel stuck or overwhelmed by life transitions, guiding them toward lasting change.
